Mentors are matched one-on-one to children through an interview process. Mentors maintain relationships with residents even as they grow out of The Kelly Children's Home.
Each room has a Room Sponsor, regardless of the children who come and go. Room Sponsors are responsible for events such as planning & participating in activities like eating meals together, taking to ball games, etc.
